Hi, I’m Rose Berry, your Social Anxiety coach.
There was a time in my life when I answered yes to all of the above questions. I have never felt more alone, afraid and unsure of what to do. After 5 years of intense struggle, I found a solution. Within 24 hours, my world went from one which was grey and hopeless, to one of excitement and possibility. And now I want to help yours be the same.
I combine my life experience of mental health challenges with the knowledge and professional training I’ve gained as a certified Health & Life coach, to support you through your own, individual struggle. My job is to help you access that part of you that is courageous and brave, that says yes to opportunities, that has the capacity to enjoy all that life has to offer.
